Chunky No Cook Salsa

A light and fresh salsa.  Made with only fresh, healthy ingredients. Eat it with sweet potato tortilla chips, use it on wraps, or mix it in with eggs. It's perfect on just about anything!

         4 medium whole red tomatoes
  •  1 jalapeno peppers
  •  1 large red onion
  •  1 medium bell peppers(any color ya like)
  •  Juice of 1 lime
  •  1 tsp Garlic Powder
  •  1 tsp Salt
Chop all ingredients as small as you like. Leave the desired amount of seeds in the jalapeno depending on the heat you want from your salsa. Add half of a tomato to a chopper or food processor to get a little more liquid added to your salsa. Add seasonings. Add lime juice. Serve with light sour cream and your favorite tortilla chips! I personally love adding some cream cheese and popping it in the microwave for about 15 seconds. Store the remaining in a tight lid jar in the fridge.
