I must warn you. If you decide to make these I am in no way responsible for the uncontrollable urges you will have to continue filling your plate with these. I think everyone at my Fourth of July BBQ will agree that they were addicted to these. They have the right amount of flavor with a great kick to them.
- 1/2 box mini Saltine crackers
- 1/2 box Cheese-Itz
- 1/2 box Mini Club Crackers
- 1 1/2 c. canola/vegetable oil
- 1 package Ranch salad dressing mix
- 3 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
In a bowl or measuring cup mix together oil, ranch dressing mix, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
In an airtight container mix all of the crackers together and pour oil mixture over the crackers.
Cover with lid and shake until all crackers are coated with the oil mixture.
Store in an airtight container until ready to eat.
Mix before serving.
